These run very small. I was advised by my sister before ordering that Mini Melissa runs small; however, my daughter is a size 11 or 11.5 and since these run in whole sizes I couldn’t imagine ordering a 12! I would think a size 12 would be a range of shoe sizes 12 to 13. They arrived in time for an event we needed them for but were way too short in length so unfortunately they were returned.
